I called an electrician
DH doesn't know and I plan to surprise him. I've been without my hall closet, a light in the bedroom closet and a light in my sewing room for 8 YEARS now. DH has attempted several times to fix the wiring problem but I'm at the point now I'm sick of living under these conditions and I called in a professional.
He'll be here next Tuesday and for about $600 he's going to install 3 new fixtures in the bathroom, one in the hall, and fix the wiring issue that is keeping the other two from working.
And I will finally be able to put my vacuum cleaner away.Use it up, Wear it out,
