So many Black Friday sales still there

I went To Wal-mart this AM for some groceries and toilet paper.

There were still so many black Friday deals to be had. The store was so full of stuff.

The middle aisle where still stocked up high. Special deal t shirts and pj's, kitchen appliances, DVD, and blue rays.

I even saw one couple looking at sale tv's

Although I didn't see many people putting these deals in their carts. They would look but not place them in their carts, just like me looked but didn't buy.

I noticed the same thing at my local walmart and Target today. I wondered if it was a lack of buyers on Friday because of the economy or whatnot, or just the location of these stores. If I had been going shopping I would have gone to stores in the next county just to be closer to a bigger selection of shoppes.

I had seen an ad for a winter coat on a Kmart black Friday commercial. I refused to get out of bed at 3am to go sit in a parking lot for 2 hours when Kmart is only 45 seconds away (literally, it's up the street).

At 9pm, I was feeling a bit stir-crazy, so I headed up to peek around. The coats were STILL there, STILL on sale. HA! Yes, I bought the jacket, it is something Diva needs, and I got to save 50% on it.

The store in general looked pretty well stocked. It could be because I saw over 20 people working the floor, and only 1 cashier.

I went to a Walmart in Columbia,Ga on Friday around noon seen some things that they had coved with plastic the day before wouldn't sell until Friday but still had good selection.Our walmarts here is busineer any day of year then that one was on BL Friday.

My Walmart still had the "sale stock" but no sale prices! Thats 2 yrs in a row now....I cant help but wonder if they really dont sell out or if AFTER the sales they pull more out?!?

You mean they had the stuff but not the sale price?

I saw some of the DVD at regular price in the ordinary section but I also saw some DVDs with a Promo sticker on it that made that a $5 DVD or what even the sale price was.

I have seen some of the special buys while supplies last like the pj's for kids or toys the same price as in the ad.

I have seen toys returned later also that were still the sale price. I once bought some a lego box about a week or so after black Friday for $5 which was the price that year. They had sold out early on black Friday that year.

I was at walmart today and some of their DVD where up to full price.

Like Miss Judy Moody Not Bummer summer Blue ray was Black Friday $9 but even with the promo sticker it was ringing up $24.59.

And no I did not get it just checked the price

Some kitchen stuff was the sale price still like the $6.68 Rubbermaid kitchen containers but some appliances like the blender was at full price.

Strange that some stayed and some changed back.
