Mine is more of an X-Men type of super power; I have such a high acidic level in my body that I can dissolve yellow gold and platinum when wearing it. I also can bleach clothing if my sweat touches it. Gross, I know but hey, some of us are real mutants. *dons yellow jump suit and toodles off with Hugh Jackman, who just so happens to be dressed in full Wolverine regalia.*

I always get the good parking spot in front of the door. I've been known to go to the mall the weekend before Christmas and park at the entrance.

DH has gravity powers. He can walk into a room, not touching anything, and stuff will start falling off shelves or tip over. Its eerie. Now, if I could just get him to concentrate enough to get stuff off the floor....

Contrary Housewife, your story about your DH reminds me of my kids and DH always shaking their head at me. Whenever they walked at night with me in the city the street lights would turn out as we went by. It got so bad we'd joke about carrying a flashlight with us whenever I went out with them. Not all of them went out, but enough to be noticeable. And the poor City guys are always replacing the one in front of the house. But I think they must have done something different to it this time, because it's been working since August this summer, which is an unusually long time for it to work.

Now how can having street lights go out at night be a super power? Unless I was to take up a life of crime, which I'm not interested in. Too high risk!

Darlene and sophiasmama; what a great trait to have. Imagine; just like to say raising a strong willed child is difficult, but it serves them well as an adult. My strong willed "child" will be 32 in a week. And my "super power" is budgeting. I tell my dh I would teach people for free!!!!

my super power would probably be my independent / self sufficient nature. Good in the ways that I can usually handle things on my own like repairs, and I don't freak out in a bad situation since I usually can find some way to "fix" it, or at least make do....It is also bad in that I'm also quite a loner, and find it hard to get close to anyone, or <gasp> let my guard down enough to "depend" on someone lol

I am a super duper problem solver. Comes in mighty handy since I work with computers.
