Huh? Something is missing here... "Chuck" must be absolutely clueless. He went to court. He saw a judge. There is a long process to garnishing wages. He had to have known it was going to happen. It was a surprise on payday? I doubt it.

Stephanie maybe you should not talk about your employees on the forums.
~Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.~

Sorry but this is getting too much to be like sharing other people's personal information on these forums, which is inappropriate.
Your own personal details you can share till the cow comes home. The personal details of your employees lives is out of bounds. If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"
