Huh? Something is missing here... "Chuck" must be absolutely clueless. He went to court. He saw a judge.There is a long process to garnishing wages. He had to have known it was going to happen. It was a surprise on payday? I doubt it.

Nishu, No! not yet.. Lol. I'm still trying to figure it out. Ok. A dad just learns he has 2 kids. They automatically garnish wages. ( how can he default if he never knew to make payments?) And he's been a great dad for a few weeks.
