Spinoff From My Earlier Post...

A piggy-back thread from an earlier post "All I wanted to do is help a family ".
I had posted about my BIL & his family being burgarized last weekend & when I tried to see about getting help for them, I was flamed for wanting to on our local CL site.
Anyway.....there has been a strange turn of events....Some lady, while walking her dog, found some of items that were stolen from BIL's house -they were found in the ocean & had washed up on the shore - even their flat screen tv. Hopefully, at least the recovered dvds will still be usable. How strange is that? Why would anyone steal a bunch of stuff just to throw it in the ocean??? Hope they bust the creeps who did this.

I hate to say it but its possibly young punks who were after the 'thrill' or were going through a 'hazing' to prove something to their friends. They have no real want/use for the stolen items?

Either as Libby said or they lost their nerve, got scared and dumped the evidence. What a bunch of losers.

That is sad. Most likely punks who lost there nerve and tried to get rid of the evidence.

whoa...wait..what is CL (craigslist?) and why on earth would people get knickered up over someone trying to help someone out? You didn't deserve that.

Yes, Craigslist. My thoughts exactly.....its sad that others feel that they have to go out of their way to be mean.
