Stephanie, I live above a bar, and I would not want to own one. This bar has lots of bad stuff happening. Lets say if a cop would be sitting outside of the bar they would arrest them for drinking in public. The drugs, etc. Please be careful. The bartender goes out back with the patrons and smokes dope, I have seen the owner do dope and cocaine. Be careful and good luck to both of you.
