    Default Angels at Kmarts

Last week i heard a local story on the news where someone was in a KMart and paid off a few strangers lay a ways. And then earlier tonight i heard how this is catching on across the United States! I had wanted to put some things on lay a way for my children at a KMart but i didn't think I would be able to keep up on the payments, so i didn't. If i had i wonder if i would have been chosen? I barely have any money for Christmas but i have enough to get my kids a few things. It was nice to see this catching on across the United States.
I ran my life into a ditch big time and i am tired of struggling, i need a change and i need it now. Trying to change past behaviors so they are not the indicator of future behavior. That is why i am here...

I thought it was wonderful to see so many people helping others this year to spread Christmas cheer and keep the spirit of Christmas alive. I hope that you have a wonderful Christmas and I am sure your children will appreciate whatever it is you were able to get for them.

The 'angels' have arrived at our KMart here...........had it on the news tonight.

Some couple paid over $9000 of lay aways off...........that is just too neat!!!

They are able to pick and the stipulations that gal said the couple had was:

they must of had at LEAST one payment made............and mostly toys. They wanted to
make sure it was for a family with kids.

We have started seeing this happen in our metro. One woman went into the K-mart and found her layaway had been paid off, so she took her money that she had budgeted for the layaway and paid off someone else's.

I think we all do what we can this time of year. We don't have K-mart here. But we have other problems. I ended up helping a victim of domestic abuse. The kids will get Christmas this year.

My office always adopts at least 2 local families from the Childrens Medical Services. These families are generally low income (many single parents) and always have at least 1 child with severe medical issues. We always have been able to provide these families with a christmas meal and way more than what they have on there wish list... this year we were even able to get 1 family 3 beds, a dresser and a love seat!
