    Western Sky advertizes here inNJ on TV. If you can get to the fine print fast enough you can see they charge outrageous interest rates. Borrowers would be better off at their local financial institutions even if the interest rate was a little high. But then I 've never been "there" so maybe I don't understand the situation.
