Just thought of a couple more.
Powdered milk is a good thing to have on the shelf.
I use it whenever I can in recipes. That way the fresh milk that he drinks can last longer.
I also have some dry powdered eggs. Which is not normally used , but is kept for backup. I have a bad habit, of selling eggs to my egg customers, and then going to make something and realize I am coming up short for the house. Then I have to go out and beg the hens.--------My signature--------

Put the frog in pot, turn up the heat real slow, and the frog doesn't hop out. And by the time he realizes, he should , it's too late... think about it.

In our house, hot sauce is a must. I buy both Sriracha and Tapatio sauces. Everyone here would just sit there and stare blankly at their plates if we didn't have hot sauce. lol

I really want to say beef but I dont usually buy it from the grocery store but we do need it a lot. We have our own eggs.
Every week my list has 4 gallons of whole milk, fresh produce ( whatever is on sale and not already put up from the garden), and a few loaves of bread.
