    Default Here comes the cold!!!

Well, it looks like the new year is bringing the cold weather. Starting Tuesday it will be in the 20's. Guess I should not be complaining since weather wise it has been pretty warm. Just not looking forward to the heater constantly coming on. Glad I purchase the light weight jackets to put on while it is a balmy 60 degrees inside. Will definately be wrapped up in the down alternative comforter from now on.

One good thing is that the cat will be spending more time on my lap. I say it is she really likes me, but pretty sure I am just HER heating pad.

So what is one thing good for you about the cold weather creeping upon us?

Yep same here, Midwest temps are falling. Starting Tuesday high 16. Today 52. It can stay 52 because my heater stays at 60 and won't kick on

Sure wish when people started talking about things like 'cold' and 'hot' they'd put their general location under their names so people knew where they were.

Twenties might be cold wherever you are, but here it's not.

Around here they are talking about how little snow there has been this winter. But if you think about it winter really only started a couple days ago.

Thought of another plus about the cold weather. Can test out my new winter boots to see how warm they are.

I'm in South Eastern Michigan and today started out pretty warm. High 40's or so but it is getting colder by the minute and we are under a wind advisory. It is headed to the 20's starting tomorrow and maybe some snow showers. We haven't had anything more than a few flurries of snow all season so far. I am ready for some snow myself. I like it.

It is fairly warm and windy here in Tn. We bundled up to walk this morning at 5am and had to shed out jackets. It is supposed to get very cold tomorrow though.

Not really getting that cold here (Richmond.) Wednesday will be our coldest @ 39/20. But then it warms up again to 63 by Saturday. It was 66 today.

I really want some winter. I'm a teacher and can't get out for snow otherwise.

Also, I just want some cold weather, otherwise Spring will begin around February 15th and then I'll feel like there was no change of season at all.

I'm in the mountains of Montana, and the whole state hasn't seen much snow this season. It has been very windy, though. The temps have also hovered in the 40's and 50's, which is CRAZY for this time of year.

I don't think we're set to get any snow for awhile, either. I want the cold so we can go ice skating and sledding!!!
