If you like Red Pandas, mozilla has a site where you can watch the baby red pandas live at the knoxville zoo. If anyone is interested I can hunt down the link. they are super cute. I'll have to check out the eagles!

I'll just wait for them to fly over.

The funniest eagle incident we've had was the dead fish I found at the end of our driveway, no doubt dropped by the one who used to sit in the dead pine by the lake, fishing. At least he didn't hit me with it.

If you like watching bears in the wild, check out the web cams at the North American Bear Center. A couple years ago, one of the research bears was the first wild bear ever to give birth on a live webcam placed in her den.

Bald eagles are everywhere up at our cabin. We watch them every weekend we are up there. I'm still in awe of them!

We live in prime eagle habitat so seeing them is a common event for us. But we don't get tired of it, either. That piercing cry is something that always makes us look in the sky to see them.

It's still pretty funny though to see an eagle flying like a bat out of a bad place with a flock of ravens in hot pursuit. I always wonder what the eagle did to tick them off, but maybe it's best if I don't know.

I just hope an eagle never kills my cat.

No bald eagles around here. But we have plenty of turkey buzzards. Not sure how popular that video would be,though.

The eagles were very busy today making sure the nest is ready. Mating has taken place several times, so eggs will probably appear within the next 10 days. Exciting!! Last year I saw the third egg hatch as it happened, live! It was such a wonderful thing to see.

Saw an awesome pair in Escanaba in December when I picked Ds up from school. And a beuatiful single older male? sitting in a tree in Marquette. We always see them and at least 1 gorgeous red fox run across the road!.

Neat site. Have to check in the day.
