Okay everyone. I work in a dental office and I do the majority of the ordering for our office. I focused on cutting spending on supplies this year. In the dental field there are so many ways to accomplish that. Most suppliers offer better deals when we buy in bulk and we also get rewards for spending a certain amount in a year. That being said I dont buy things for the office that we dont need just because the rep is trying to sell them as the next big thing. Because I was aware of our spending we saved 20% over last year! My boss has been sick for a couple of days but I cant wait to tell him when he gets back.
