    Yes, still alive. This past year I've been good, bad, up, down and sideways lol. I left the crappy state park job as it was affecting my health both mentally and physically. I'm doing in home daycare again. Doesn't pay much at all (ok pretty much nothing) but it allows me to be home and if the health issues crop up it's much easier to deal with at home.

    Finances have been bad this past year. Paid off one loan, settled one credit card. I have plans to settle with Chase if they will allow it once our tax refund comes in and if not I will just pay the refund towards what we owe and continue to pay on it. I have a budget in place and a plan. The stress is bad for my health and I need to get this debt GONE!

    I'm in the same boat as you although I was never very active as a poster. I have been away since my daughter was born. We just bought our first house and I'm ready to settle down and recommit to frugality!
