    We have our cable/internet/phone bundled, did it a few years ago since it was cheaper doing it that way. Decided to call Comcast today when I found out they were offering the same services we get for $139.99 to new customers...they dropped $20 per month off of my bill through their Loyalty Group program... .

    Good job!

    I canceled the home phone at the tune of $35 bucks but got roped into moving up a tier on my net speed to get the highist offered in my area(next to fastest at and t offers for 15 dollars with 5 dollars off for the months and I did it!

    So an improvement as so far as 3 steps forward and 1 step back.

    1. step is I saved forward
    2 step is I get better service Forward
    3 step I gotta pay for it! pbbblttttt baccckkkkk
