    I don't have a specific time other than I wait until my hubby get home. I like to go alone. =)

    What ever works, it's different for everyone. If I went to the store everyday I would never stick to the budget, I'm weak.

    Hey if it works for you --go for it! I go everyday just to get out and to exercise...walking around a store (no money in pockets) is more exciting then walking down the street.
