Sometimes things just work out
So I took a huge leap of faith recently. Left job, drove to other state, got to spend Christmas with family for first time in years. Had no clue what I was going to do. House up for sale, living in someone elses home... blah blah blah.
Guess things work for a reason like they do. Thank you, God!
House in Texas under contract. Most of it packed. Moving company to come tomorrow for estimate, I believe dh's company will use the expense for it for a tax write off. Found new home we will buy and they are letting us rent it until then, furnished. Daughter lives down the alley 4 houses and turn left... we are grilling out tonight. Dh got a raise, so after other house sells, out by 30th, we should be sitting about where we were even without me working. Got his outpaient surgery done and he came back with no more cancer.
Now to let the dust settle..... Maybe I can start eating again.
God sure works in mysterious ways....

Glad things are starting to fall into place. I've always heard that when one door closes another one opens. It sounds like your doors are starting to open

Congrats.
I think that, generally, if you're true to yourself and what you really want and don't get distracted by what the world says you should do or how you should think or what choices you should make, the best usually does happen.

Ugh... waiting to hear on estimate on their moving costs. We might be out that or hubby is going down there to do it with some coworkers and trucks. Hate this moving crap. Trying to coordinate when current house's people getting theirs out and where I'm going to live for the 2 days they say they need to get it out with a pet. Now my daughter lays on me she's leaving her job and wanting to go to school in other state... I need a pill or something, lol.
