well my laptop is still not working

I just got back home and my laptop came back over the weekend from repair. They replaced the hard drive but it did not fix the problem. They wanted to fix it again and I refused. I told them I wanted it replaced and that was the only option. They didnt even fix what they said was wrong the first go around. It took me talking to a supervisor but Dell is sending me a new laptop!

thats what they told me too. I had two motherboards and a hard drive replaced on a 3 month old laptop. They came to the house and done it and worked for awhile. Next problem I called and talked to a manager and complained that a 3 month old laptop that I paid over $700 for should not have needed that much repair and I wanted a new one. They said ok. 4 days later I had a nice "refurbished" laptop!!! It worked great but I was mad. I could buy a refurbished laptop for about $350 I didn't I bought a new one and wanted a new one. So I waited and bought a MAC.

Hope you get it............and if you don't.......post a complaint with the BBB (in their corp. office town).............had to do this a few times with Dell products and it seems to get a result.
