I'm not a super techhy but, I think cookies and caches are different. Does clearing the cache also clear cookies?

I'm finally able to get back on here...It got to the point that I couldn't even get fv to showup for 2 days..My dh is home from being gone for 3 weeks so I will have him clear my computer..I just don't understand why I could get onto every other site and not this one? Anyway glad to be back home..I missed you all! HUGS,Brenda
