Super Bowl Sunday is just another day at our hourse...we aren't football fans. The only significance Super Bowl Sunday has to us is, back in 1986 it was the first weekend we stayed in our house. Of course that was when the Super Bowl was actually held in January.

~This is probably the last Super Bowl party we'll attend at my brother's house in NC.
We've been going for 14 years or so now. I don't care a wit about football, but the weekend partying is great.
I haven't talked to my SIL about the snack menu but I'm thinking I want to contribute a 7 layer dip & chips or brushetta and an ice cream sundae bar. We've never done a sundae bar and I think it would rock! I'd better talk to her about that though.

We won't be watching this year since it's on NBC and we don't get that channel. It's just another day to us anyway. We do sometimes watch for the commercials but I don't do anything special for it.

What am I having? The house to myself!
DH and DS spend every Sunday at DH's parent's house. The four of them watch football, eat dinner and visit for several hours.
Sometimes I go with them, but since I have no real interest in pro football (although I love college and high school football), I will most likely stay home and veg-out.
