    Default It's done.... our house sold!!!!

    I cannot believe it! The first ppl that looked at it bought it.... that's crazy, I'm still kinda numb from the whole thing.

    Yes we lost money, but we were chasing a falling market, and we actually did pretty good for the current market.

    dh and I are hoping on a plane on Wed to find and buy a house in Iowa... yes, in like 4 days!!!

    We will be moving by the end of march/first of april.....

    No Eating out challenge1/365
    Goal weight 135, tone up and walk an hour a day starting in April 2012.

    Save $30,000 in the next 5 years to buy a fixer upper home. Move back to the city where it's more economical to live.
    Complete my bachelor degree by 2017 Have no debt from student loans.
    Have my kids on the right track for College by 2017.
    Save for retirement

    I remember when you posted pix of your house.......Heck, I would buy it, too!! It's beautiful!

    Congrats on the quick sale! When we sold our last house (22 years ago) it sold to the first people who looked at it, also! We were floored. Thank GOD I didn't have to try to keep it clean for months on end. Heehee!
