    1500 students on the umass amherst campus riot after the patriots lose.

    okey, i am not into sports at all. a riot over a freakin' sports game..............???? come on!!!

    Football is HUGE here... but, they would have rioted win or lose.

    Amherst has been dubbed "the State party school". They don't usually need a reason to party, but they make sure their riots are newsworthy.

    If this is a reason for a riot, it just proves how detached from a reality outside their own little bubble of Western society, young people today are. They don't know how good they have it..
    Goals
    Be debt free!$2138.89 PIF $400.25 TILL DEBT FREE!!
    No Eating out challenge1/365
    Goal weight 135, tone up and walk an hour a day starting in April 2012.

    Save $30,000 in the next 5 years to buy a fixer upper home. Move back to the city where it's more economical to live.
    Complete my bachelor degree by 2017 Have no debt from student loans.
    Have my kids on the right track for College by 2017.
    Save for retirement

    People have been rioting over sports, or even cancelled concerts, for decades. This is nothing new.

    Get a crowd, a bunch of booze, and a "reason" to go crazy, and those people will go crazy.

    I was involved in a UMass riot once, it wasn't anything at all like what the newspapers reported afterward....

    But I'm sure alcohol was mostly responsible for this one, and maybe a few other substances.
