Contact a store, they may give you one. I've had them give me coupons when in-store, so they might be helpful for ordering online, too.

I thought Jc Penney's changed their policy about codes and coupons.
The website says free shipping over $50 and free to store Always no coupons no codes no hassles.
Edited I found this statement
"With the unrolling of their new "Fair and Square" pricing policy, JC Penney recently announced that they will no longer offer the public any type of printable coupons or promo codes. This applies to all JC Penney retail stores as well as the online store. "

well that says printable may still be online codes out there .
anyway i got one for my birthday - a coupon for in store 15 off 15 and a free shipping code.
but JCP never let you stack codes that i remember so you couldnt use a free shipping and a % off*~Debbi~*
