What to do with those books.

Are you decluttering or clearing out some of your old books? I just wanted to remind everyone that you can donate them to your local library. Books, videos, CD's, and Tapes. Even if they're old or a little worse for wear, most libraries will take them for their book sales. I always donate all my books that I don't want
to the library as well as volunteer at the book sales. I am such a frequent user of the library system I feel I should give something back so they will have more money to buy new books and hire the great librarians that help me with all my college papers.

I work at our library and agree--donate those item! However, you might want to check with your local branch. There are a few things we do NOT take: old, old textbooks, Reader's Digest Condensed Books and old encyclopoedias.

One thing many people don't think about donating is jewel boxes. We never have enough of these!
