Printer ink cartridges
Where do you purchase yours from? Do you order online? I found some websites that I can get mine for 80 percent off but I was a little nervous to buy from those companies because they don't give you the name brand cartridge..they give a generic type. Is that ok? TIA!!

We have always bought ours at Office Max. They sell a combo pack with our color and B&W together for around $50.
I have wondered about these online places as well... theres a buy 2 for the price of 1 site out there too.
Anyone have any insight?Sherry

I have never bought online either. We have a place here that refill mine pretty cheap, so I do that. But after a while they won't refill, so when I have to buy new ones I go to Wal-Marts. It's the cheapest for me. If you ever try the online sites let me know.

I have brought an off brand from Walmart. IMHO, it is not worth it. The ink was powdery. I took it back.

I have not gotten any new ones for our new printer but with our old Lexmark 1100 I bought almost all of our cartridges on eBay. They were 75% cheaper than the store and were genuine Lexmark and new and unopened. I am hoping to find them for our new printer. It is a Lexmark but a better and faster one and this one takes 2 cartridges where our old one took one.

I tried refilling...not a good thing..ink everywhere but the paper!.
Bought refurbished cartridges at Wal-Mart, did not like them at all, had to take them back.
Now I just buy the HP they may cost more but it's worth it to save the headache.

I have ordered online and have never had any trouble with any of the ones I've bought.
We have three printers a Lexmark X63 all in one, a HP Deskjet 712 C and an Epson (old first one I got).
Not sure where everyone else ordered from but I use http//:www.77colors.com and
http//:www.theinkbank.com
Like I said I have never received one that wasn't full or messed up any of my printers.

I have a HP 932C and I buy mine at either Sam's or Wal-Mart. If you have a warranty on your printer..I doubt they'd cover it if you use another brand besides what the manufacturer recommends!
