I spoke to the realitor last night. I go up to do the paper work today to get the ball rolling. They have assigned the url to a new house. DH and I hunted for the new URL last night and couldn't find it.

I'm not going to have time to look for it today. Sorry to disappoint everyone who hasn't got to see it. Like I said, I do have pic's but I'm not going to have time to post them until tomorrow.

I had to take DH to work so I could have the car for the appointment with the realitor this morning and this afternoon, if I can't find someone to follow me over, I'll be sitting at the mechanics while they put on new brakes and turn the rotors on DH's truck...errrr

On top of all that, if THAT weren't enough, I have grocery shopping to do, as well!!!!!!

Hopefully, I'll have everything done in time to go pick DH up after work!!!!! It's gonna be one of THOSE days!

Graci, thinking of you and wondering how everything is going on your offer on the house.

Graci, I am still keeping my fingers crossed for you. I just know that the house is for your. I can just see you decorating the 12 foot Christmas tree in the living room for the holidays, and swinging in the porch swing with a nice glass of lemonade on a nice summer evening while the fireflies flit around the yard.

DH disconnected the scanner. I don't know how to get it up and running!!! ERRRRRRR! I'll try to get it posted by evening!

    Latest Development:

We got the offer in...they've made a counter offer...they came down to 45,000. But DH wants the furnace replaced. If they do that and repair the chimney....they've got a deal.

I've got to call the realitor this morning with his stipulations...cross your fingers!!!
