Francois is on his way home...
He got operated on his right elbow at 5h00 pm. He has been waiting until noon in the hospital and had not eaten or drank anything(even water) since midnight last night.
He was out of the operating room at 7h00 pm. Pierre was with him all day and all evening. He phoned at 10h20 pm to say he's on his way home with Francois...
All I know is that Francois is in more pain than before, since they cut him open and put in some metal fixings. He will have a cast a month and no sports for 2 months.
I will give you all an update when he's home...(probably tomorrow, though...I'm too sleepy now)

Oh Lucie , I'm sorry this required an operation! I so hope he is resting comfortably and healing well asap.

Thanks everyone.
You are all so kind.
When he got home last night, he vomitted, then he fell asleep and slept all night through. This morning he ate some Cherios. He took the painkillers--and now he is watching an old movie lying on the sofa.
I'll take your advice, Heather, for Francois...Thanks
Talk to you all later.

I missed this yesterday, too tired after work I guess. I'm glad he is feeling better, anesthesia always makes me sick too.
