80's movies
*LOL* Ok, so I am an 80's queen. It's kind of embarrassing, but I loved the 80's.
How about 80's movies?
Breakfast Club
Pretty In Pink
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
What were some of your favorites?

"Bender: I have such a deep admiration for guys who roll around on the floor with other guys.
Andrew: You'd never miss it. You don't have any goals.
Bender: Oh, but I do. I want to be just like you. I figure all I need is a lobotomy and some tights.
Brian: You wear tights?
Andrew: No, I do not wear tights. I wear the required uniform.
Brian: Tights.
Andrew: Shut up!" *LMAO*

Add St Elmo's Fire to the list--how many of the Brat Pack can you put in one movie? This is probably my favorite. Then there was Ghostbusters and The Outsiders--loved the Outsiders, I always cry at the end.

Favorite movie ever...its an 80's
My favorite romantic movie of all time from the 80's is Somewhere In Time with Christopher Reeve. I am actually incorporating some of the beautiful music from it into my wedding! Wonderful movie and especially poignant considering Christopher Reeve's accident and to watch how handsome and healthy he was in that movie!
If you haven't seen this one, rent it!

I was really into stickers in the early 80's. Used to buy tons and tons. How about strawberry shortcake dolls? *L*

Fast Times at Ridgemont High is a CLASSIC!
Also like Caddyshack, Fletch, basically anything with Chevy Chase. Remember Meatballs with Bill Murray, that was good too.

I watched Ferris last night on Superstation. *LOL*
"My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious." *LMAO*If you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. I especially love when Ed Rooney thinks he's talking to Ferris' father but it's really Cameron on the other line LOL I loved seeing him get all flustered.
