I HATE our Law system! (Really LONG and RANTING sorry!)

Ok I've just about had enough of EVERYTHING in my life at the moment!!! I keep thinking it can't get any worse, which is lethal coz then it does!

So I woke up this morning to find my eldest son has been arrested! The police went to his house and dragged him out of bed and hand-cuffed him. His car has been taken away on a truck to forensics!!!

What for, I ask myself?

Because he's 17 and he's stupid sometimes and him and his friends decided it would be 'funny' to drive around the block with another friend in the boot of his car! (Alright that WAS stupid!)

But he's been arrested for KIDNAP!

And been in a cell ALL morning! Plus how much MONEY is it costing to drag his car away and have forensics check it over - When there are witnesses that the 'friend' also thought this would be 'funny' !!!!

On top of all this - I got pulled over about a month ago because DD had undone her seat belt and instead of nicely pointing that out, I had a 'baby' Police officer in my FACE raging about how childen are killed and she could instantly fine me and it was MY responsibility, did I want to see her dead, etc. etc.

About a year ago a grown man around the corner THREW my 9 year old over a 6ft fence, swearing at him, and I STILL have the pics of his black and purple body - but he got let off because.......... 'He was trying to help him over the fence and he dropped him - It was an accident'

Even worse - My disabled daughter, then 14 was groomed by a professional peadophil (I don't know how you spell that) He had a RECORD and previous, his OWN children had been taken away from him AND forensics PROVED he had sex with her.

She was questioned and videoed more than once, we never got back her clothes or her mobile phone - All their 'enquiries' have taken TWO years, she lives in fear of this man but they have had to drop the case because (she has had 3 strokes and has 55% brain damage) her story didn't match on two occasions!!!!!!!!

I grew up with a respect for the Police and even as a teenager we never hated them and KNEW that they were doing a GOOD job - As an adult I absolutely HATE them! They don't know what JUSTICE means, and they wonder WHY they are always being slatted by people.

The way I feel right now I might even be arrested MYSELF before the day's out!!!

Sorry this is soooooooo long - I HAD to rant to somebody!

Oh my Bev. I can understand why you're so upset. Have a cup of chamomille tea (how the heck do ya spell that?) and prop your feet up. We can't have you behind bars....how would we sneak a computer in there for you?

It's now 4pm and my Son is still in a cell.

We are going to my brother's wedding at 11.30am in the morning - Maybe!!!

I'm so sorry that you are going through all of this. You are right, the legal system is not fair at times. There is no excuse at all for that pedophile not being put away, for the man throwing your son over the fence, for the officer yelling at you or for them still holding your son when no one was hurt and it was just a stupid prank. The boys should get community service to make them think about how stupid their actions were, I think that is appropriate. Hang in there Bev and please keep don't do anything rash. We all love you here and don't want to see you go through anything more.

oh Bev! {{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}} I am so sorry this is happening to you my friend! I hope your son can be released soon. That is rediculous!

I know nothing of the legal system there, but if you mention the word LAWYER to the cops, ( but not actually get one) will they get a clue and realize that it was a kid prank?

I am saying a prayer for some peace for you. YOu are a very special lady and you mean alot to us here.

Oh Bev,
Like certainly does suck at times and this is one of those times for you. Hang in there. I am sending good thoughts and prayers for you and your family. I hope this mess gets better and SOON.
