I don't really have one anymore, but used to be called Sam for years when I was younger.

Dh calls me Boo-Boo, and sometimes "Boobs"for short!

My husband calls me "wife" or "hun"..
I'm not a nickname kina person. My children I refer to by their whole name, not derivitates of.
