I'm 49 and most days feel better then I did in my 20's and 30's. I do have my days though and I'm having more of those days lately because of a bad knee!

I am 40 and I guess I look about 30.. When I tell people I have three teens they tell me either I started out young having kids (I was almost 23), or they flat out tell me I am lying about my age.. UMMM I would then tell you I was 30 not 40... Any how I feel ancient sometimes. But most of the time I feel just about 40.. Great thread.

momof42003: I actually hear you about that. I'm blonde with gray in my hair, but for some reason people think I'm about 40 when I'm 52. I don't get it. I guess the gray just doesn't show that much yet. I've been told I act younger too. I think that just means I have more enthusiasm than a lot of people?

I'm 62. People guess my age at early 50s. I took an age quiz today, and it put me at 57 (based on lifestyle and medical history. But I don't mind 62. The years have been good to me overall; I am comfortable, have loving people around me, have lots of fun and activities. I have some wrinkles, which I don't mind, and my hair is a natural platinum gray (I just let it go out of curiosity to see what color it really was....lol!). I weigh more now than I did when I was young.... and I'm working on it, but my pounds love me. I am much more confidant in my own skin now than when I was younger. I know what works for me.... and what doesn't. I know my boundaries, and values, and standards, and I don't mind standing up for these things. I've learned to accept me for who I am, and to forgive myself. I've learned that God is a force that I want in my life, and I'm trying to learn more about Him. So overall, 62 is OK.... and the Social Security check doesn't hurt a bit!
But what age do I feel that I am? Hard question. This is the first time I've been 62, and I rather like it. So I guess it doesn't hurt to say that I feel like I'm 62.Spiritual:

75. I feel great most of the time. The last 25 or so years have been the best time of my life, so I wouldn't want to feel any younger than 50! My daughters are both in their 50's and I hope it keeps getting better for them, too.
