    Default pop-up blockers??

    Does anyone have one of these ? Does it work? Is it worth downloading?

    There's a freebie at http://toolbar.msn.com/ just wondered if they worked..??

    I used the Earthlink one for a while. It prevents Geocities from loading and also my online banking so I don't use it much. It blocks the pop-ups though.

    I installed the Google Toolbar 9 days ago and it has blocked 274 sites already!! It really does work, too well in fact. I was doing an instant win game and it blocked the pop-up that announced me a winner! I do like it alot. Not only is it a pop-up blocker, but it has a search box, a button to Auto Fill forms and much more. Here is the link to check it out:

    The ones dh has used work but I don't like them because I can't play games online while its on.

    I have a firewall, and get no pop ups. I have Norton Firewall.

    I'm another who has the google blocker taskbar and have had it for awhile now and I'm at 811 blocked and counting, its been so nice not having any pop ups. I also like the fact that in one click it does allow you to receive pop up in the particular site you are on.
