Has Spring arrived in your neck of the woods?
We had a bit of snow on Monday, but it has warmed up nicely since then. My lilac bushes are starting to get buds and the neighbors have daffodils, so I guess Spring is here.

We had spring a couple of weeks ago....it's almost summer now! Reached about 85 today. Felt like 100. Hopefully it will cool down soon. CA never has much of a spring - it literally lasts about two weeks then BAM - it's hot. But since it's only March it should cool down again before we hit the heat for good.

I think we've moved straight into early summer! It's been in the high 80's here for a while.

Ilovesewing, we must be from the same neck of the woods! I am right outside of Sacramento. Last week Laine and I put her boots and raincoat on to play outside and today it was in the 80's! You are right about our weather. Can't count that this is going to last. May start raining again and then go right into summer.

Yup--I think LOL. It's hard to tell in New England. One day this week it snowed and the very next day it was 65º. I can't wait for spring to be here consistently.

KathiS,
Yes, I am near Sacramento too, about 35-40 miles away in the Capay Valley. Nice to see someone close. It always seems a lot of people on the boards are from the East, and then one someone is from CA they're from Southern CA lol. Nice to meet you.
It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day here......

Spring? We got 2 inches of snow last night. We were just beginning to see our lawn again, and it is completely covered again! The kids are home on spring break this week, but it isn't much like spring outside. The temperature outside right now is a wonderfully warm 25 degrees!
Oh well, we know that spring is just around the corner.

I *thought* spring was here--irises are up in our yard, tulips are poking through, it was 70º yesterday....and then whammo! A balmy 45º here today

It's definitely spring here, the ticks and mosquitoes are out and vicious. Definitely looking like a rough year here.
