I made a list of all the food items in my pantry and freezer. I'm working on using up the items, checking them off the list as I go. Some of the canned items are pretty old, had to throw some. I'd like to find some pantry challenges to use upthe items and post what I used at the challenge. Doesn't anyone know where I'd find a thread or should I just start one myself and where would I post it.?

Hi eveyone, I'm not a new member, but it's been awhile since I have been around. In the last year we have been so involved with my teenage son (16) that I have not been able to do anything but take care of him and our family. He was experiencing depression and anxiety and even tried to commit suicide. He was in a hospital for 8 days over 7 hours away. When he came home my ds started homebound schooling and intensive counseling services. The entire family took family counseling. My ds ended up acting out and had to go to juvenile detention for a week. I still can't understand where we went wrong for all of this to happen. In the mix, he has been in a toxic relationship with a girl for over a year. We have weathered the worst (I hope) and now are trying to get back on track with finances. There is alot of medical and mental health debt. Slowly (oh soooo slowly) things are getting back on track. I am really happy to have Frugal Village to come back to.
