How did you hear about frugal village? Googling for tips on getting out of debt.

What interests you here? Everything! I love the challenges, love reading what others are working on; it helps keep me motivated.

What will you contribute? Hopefully encouragement, and will share anything I think might help someone. I enjoy message boards more than things like facebook, because I like being able to talk, read, learn, and get real about subjects that I love!

Do you know any other members here? No.

How many kids? Ages? Three kids, ages 8, 10, and 15.

Tell us about yourself. Always into something new, which ends up costing money. We homeschool, and our current goal is to hit the road for a while with the kids. That's going to take some major belt-tightening and dejunking before it can happen.

Do you own any pets? They own us - Currently five cats, one dog, three horses, and a hamster. Oh, and two turtles. And a fish. Am I forgetting anyone?

Occupation? Stay-at-home mom. I also have two direct sales businesses, which is funny if you know me!

Married or single? Married for 16 years, been together for 20.

Interests and hobbies? Too many, always. Writing, or NOT writing, is usually at the top of the list, and then everything from crochet to beekeeping. Love books, seeds, and languages, and as long as I'm learning something, I'm happy.

Considering leaving the work force or working a lot less to become a stay-at-home wife and serve the church more. We'll see were it all goes!
