I have this daughter who...
man, I hate to always sound like I am just bragging about Aimee but...
Tonight was her school play - they decided she didn't need a body mic because she could project her voice for the audience to hear. (Everyone else wore a mic.)She didn't have the largest role but she did have a funny role. The whole time she was on stage I watched her give other s prompts for their lines and she quickly patched up holes and errors in their parts, she was so confident and really played her part like it WAS her!! She just shone(shined??) I kept telling myself , its just cuz its your daughter that you think this, she 's not that much better than the others. After the play every single parent came up and made a comment about what a wonderful performance Aimee gave, how confident, what a great team player discretely helping the others with their lines and that she stole the show. This happens in almost everything Aimee takes on - it was this way in OM, she always wins awards for academic achievement, and student leadership and kindness, she scored the highest overall for our county for CSAP's and general placements. I have been truly blessed with an outstanding, well rounded, kind, generous little girl. And I am really not just saying this as a mommy!! She really is LIKE this!!

She sounds like the kind of girl I would have liked as a daughter - feisty, outspoken, kind, generous, a leader. No wonder you're proud of her.
