As they were painting, they started talking. "It is funny that all of our last names are different from our companys names." said Mr. Red. "Yes, very strange." replied the man from Blue & Co.

If Mr Red was talking to the man from Blue & Co, Mr Red must work for Green & Co, since he couldn't work for Red & Co because his name is red. Therefore Mr Blue must work for Red & Co...
