    Default feb 4 wear red for heart health!!

    I wish I had somewhere fabulous to go wearing this for Heart Health day!! Regardless of what you wear on the 2/4, make it red and show your support for women's heart health!!!

    I also tie a big plastic red ribbon around my big maple tree out front. The neighbors and I did this last year as a reminder to everyone. BTW, what a beautiful dress!

    I wish I had the body for a dress like that, lol.

    I think I'll add this to my residents' activity calendar at the nursing home for the month. Heart Health would make a good educational activity/ theme day for them. Thanks, Kimmee!
