    Default Goodnight Frugal Village Sisters

    Going to bed now, just wanted to say that I had the best day. Nothing special or spectacular happened, I think it is just "coming into my own" again.  I have also been taking St. John's Wort, but I think it is deeper than that. There is really lots that I could worry about, but today I just told myself that it does no good to worry about something that I can't change anyway. I guess things could always be better, but for now they are just right.

    Robin - you are exactly right - it takes so much energy to be angry or to hate - to just forgive, forget, or move along is a restul state for your mind and body - I really wish I knew why It was so hard to put in to practice - I was just telling my mom tonight that if she truly wanted her mind and memories back she should concentrate on practical application of what she has learned (a motor skill) rather than constantly trying to argue and antagonize over points that require tons of expense with no give back - ie politics and bucking religion - why would you desire to be constantly agitated - and why the heck would your brain stick around for this abuse??? I am happy you are constantly searching ~and FINDING yourself Robin - you give me and many others (I am sure) hope.
