    Talking Girls 8-14

New Moon, the magazine for every girl who wants her voice heard and her dreams taken seriously.

    new moon

I have no ties to this mag. I just LOVE it and the ideas it promotes. My girls are not old enough to enjoy it but I give it as gifts to those girls in my life who are in the age range. And my girls will be getting it.

There are no ads, and beauty is not a main topic. It is edited by girls (with adult help) and girls do everything else. It shows girls there is more to life than what you wear and how you look and who you might date.

Check it out and get it for the girls in your life, at least get it into your libraries if it is not there.
