    Soap? Roxy, do you make soap? I've been wanting to get into doing that, but am intimidated by it for some strange reason.

    Yes Kimmie.........I make soap.....well I try to.....I have only made one batch, using a goat milk's soap recipe, but I love it..........Once everything is settled with the move, we are gonna have to meet up and make a batch together.....now I'm excited.....

    You and I certainly seem to have a lot in common. I agree, we need to plan on going out for coffee (not very frugal, but a special occasion!) after you get settled!

    Kimmie, making soap is not really difficult. It is a lot of fun. I am a soapmaker too as I believe a couple of others here are too. Be glad to give you and Roxy some hints and tips if you are interested!.

    I'm always interested in "hints and tips" on soapmaking.....I have only done CP, which I am very comfortable with...........

    Oh ya, crockpot soap is great. Cure time is only about 3-4 days instead of 3-4 weeks and you need less essential oils for scenting. It also doesn't need to be incubated overnight.

    I have link somewhere, I'll try to find it and post it for you.
