HELP! Our cats pee'd on a leather coat!
Apparently one of our cats pee'd on Chris's suede leather coat. Does anyone know of a tried and true way to clean this at home and get rid of the smell without ruining his coat. He is just heartbroken.

Oh no! Debbie, I don't know the name of it but it worked wonderful on a suede type stool we had at our old house. Our 'new' dog ran in the house and pee'd on the stool....ugh! It was a product at the pet store that they said would take the odour and stain out of most surfaces....carpet, suede, etc.....check with your local pet store and hopefully you can find a solution.
I was just thinking, after blotting it would water and vinegar work?

Still thinking....I guess the vinegar would smell but if it worked you could spray with Febreze or something like that...just a thought.

Thanks Heather! I think we may have some of that stuff from the pet store here.

If that didn't work I guess you'd have to take it to a professional.
