I have a long weekend!!
I am so excited!! We get a 5 day weekend starting today!! Our school is out Wed., Thurs., and Fri. due to the local county youth fair. There are so many students from our district that participate in some fashion that they close the schools and let us all off!! If they didn't close the schools then the attendance would be so low. They have been doing this for years and everyone loves it. So this means I can play at the Village for the rest of the week!

woohoo! I hope you have a great time on your days off.
Over here, the kids are off school today because of the weather. It's too hot to go. Wimps! in my day..... mumble mumble.....

If it's over 40 C degrees (104F) they don't have to go. It wasn't that hot here yesterday it was 35 and cooler than expected.

That is hot! I am dreading summer! I don't want the 100 degree temps. I guess that's what I get for living in Central Texas, huh?
