We are going on vacation and I am spending an obscene amount
DH and I are going to Stowe, Vt. later this month for 5 days. We are staying in an upscale inn and eating out at least once per day (breakfast is included) at trendy restaraunts. I have bought a new ski jacket for this trip and 2 new outfits for dh. I will not be feeling guilty. My mother will have the kids. Our room has both a jacuzzi and a fireplace in it. I have worked so hard at all aspects of my life and I deserve this guilty pleasure--I may stop by Godiva on the way there just to make my indulgance complete.
Thank you so much for this space to vent.

Kellie, if anyone deserves a trip you do. Go and enjoy yourself. Can't wait until you get back to hear all about it.
