Bizarro Puppy shopping trip
My dear girlfriend got a new Yorkie puppy girl, named her Gypsie Rose, and flew new puppy and dear dh to Scottsdale on a special puppy shopping trip. They spent just under four grand on new puppy items
A few of the things they purchased...A photo package, done by a professional , a dog cage with crystals for meditating, a diamond collar, collars for each holiday, doggie clothing and sweaters, doggie china dishes, hair ornaments, a few chenelle blankets and a grooming set and a leopard print bed. She also brought back some goodies from the Three Dog Bakery.

People who do things like this make me
! I love my pets, and I do what I must to take care of them, but to spend $4,000 on a dog who more than likely would rather drink from the toilet, pee and poop on the carpet, and lick it's own butt, is a tad more than bizarro, it's insane!

I have seen people drop BIG bucks at dog shows on all sorts of nonsense for their pets! It never ceases to amaze me what silliness will come up next.
I am absolutely bonkers over Gypsy but let me tell you this: her dishes came from yard sales and she hasn't turned up her nose at the food/water in them yet! Her house collar and leash cost ten bucks COMBINED.
The only thing I spend a bit on is her toys because Am Staffs have massively heavy jaws and cheap toys have a lifespan of minutes at our house. I had to return one so-called tough toy that she destroyed in seven MINUTES!

LOL ladies, I love my friends dearly, but sometimes I just have to roll my eyes when I get the scoop on things like this. But then again, it is their money to do with as they wish. Just not how I would spend it

Morning Early Bird, He has four grown children from his first marriage, and they never had any of their own together. So her new puppy is like a child to her. They have been married for 25 years.
