Dee, they sent us home from school early, but it didn't start here until around 2:30. It's still coming down hard and it's 8:35 p.m. Part of me wishes for a snow day tomorrow, but part of me realizes how terrible that would be because we need all the play practice we can get!

Okay ladies, no throwing snowballs at me.
All kidding aside, hope you don't get as much as they are predicting.

We are getting hit by it.
It started around 1:30 here and it is still going strong now at 11:30 pm.
I just got home from work 30 minutes ago and although the roads are snow covered and slick, they are driveable if you take your time.
I don't know how much we got so far as there is snow on the ground from the last storm that we had last week, but I;m sure it is a few inches or more.
I am so ready for spring

Hey, look on the bright side..............it's a REALLY great opportunity to make some Snow Ice Cream!! When I was a kid we used to (in colder climes) take fresh white snow, milk, sugar, and a tich of vanilla and make one of life's truly great pleasures. I miss this.

Thanks kestrel, I'll remember that although I'm not a big ice cream fan. lol
Yep Darlene, according to the weather channel you are getting hit pretty hard right now as you are sleeping. lol
We have about 6" so far and it is still coming heavy and steady. The bad part is, is it is a wet snow. Jack will NOT be happy to move all this snow!

It started snowing here sometime during the night and we have a couple of inches on the ground now. We are supposed to get about 4 inches today. Not really much by our standards. They even cancelled the winter weather warning.
