I was just reading on the internet about the earthquake that was felt down in some parts Australia today. Did you feel it where you are?

Title of the thread should read earthquake, not earthquack!

Debbie, thanks for your thoughts. The earthquake centre was in the sea between our Northern Territory and Indonesia. It registered 7.1 in Darwin, capital of the northern territory. No one was hurt. I'm about a 3 hour plane trip/5day drive from there.

There is an american geoligist living in indonesia who predicted the earthqake and tsunami on Boxing Day. He says there are extremely volatile forces building up under the plates here. He has predicted an earthquake bigger that the BIG one that killed so many with its wave. It's a bit scary.
