Arlene.......time for another update please.
I'm sorry it has been so long since I asked, but how are you, Holly and all your family doing?
Even though I haven't asked, you are all in my thoughts daily.

Thank you all!! We are home and it went well...will give a better update later. Holly's feeling yucky and needing some cuddling...so I am going to do that before everyone else gets home

I promise an update before the weekend is out.

Ok-A short update...Holly is doing well...amazing as it seems, she is blossoming right before my eyes. Considering all the chemo she is still getting, I am completely amazed by her each and every day.
We have an OT (Off Therapy) date...October 20, 2005. That will be 2 years from the date she started Interim Maintaince.
Sometimes I have a difficult time with her still being on Chemo. Please don't anyone take this the wrong way...it is not intended towards anyone...it's simply how I feel.
I know several people that have been diagnosed with various cancers, gone through chemo and have moved on (while I know they are still dealing with it) they have at least stopped going for chemo, while I still pump these nasty drugs into my beautiful daughter each and every day...just seems so unfair. This is supposed to be the time in life where she is carefree!!!

Hugs Arlene and even bigger hugs to Holly. You are both incredible, amazing women and an inspiration to all of us.

It is unfair Arlene.
Thanks for the update and so looking forward to the time where you both don't have to do this and she can just be a regular teenage sweetie whose biggest worry is a minor blemish on her face or a big math quiz coming up.
