My get up and go has got up and went!
There's tons I could be, should be doing today, but instead I have been lollygagging here at the puter...
LOL, but if i leave the computer, I might miss 'sumthin!
I could use a hot bath (maybe the steam would help the chest congestion)
I could do more laundry
I could vac and sweep
I could organise and declutter...
I could do all kinds of stuff, but do I really really wanna?
Instead I am
sitting on my butt, obsessing about things we need to get done the nursery (but if i had the supplies in front of me this second, i bet i'd still be here on my butt, rofl)
looking for post surgery clothing to perhaps purchase
and pretty much wasting time till dinner needs to be cooked, lol
Anyone else having "one of those days"?~~ Missy ~~

I'm not having one of those days today, but trust me, I have plenty of them. lol Best advice I can give is to get up and do it. You'll feel better once you start.

Oh yeah - I have those days at least once a week. I figure it's my old body telling me it can't keep up with the things my mind thinks up to do all day!!!!

This is one of those rare days when I have not been on and off the computer most of the day! It's almost 3 p.m. here and I am finally getting on.

I didn't do the things i listed, but i did dust my master bedroom and I dusted the bathroom too. So at least there is something i can say I accomplished.

If I sit and think about what needs to be done, I stress out and don't accomlish squash. I just have to get my butt up, get dressed and dive into whatever it is that needs doing.
This morning, I'm dreading driving into the next town to go to Wally World for some printer ink and a few craft supplies. Now I'm usually up for a craft supply run, but today I'd just rather stay home and relax cause it's seems I've been running all week. Guess I'm just wore out.

I do have days like that but this is what I do.
Get up & set your timer for 20 minutes. Do as much as you can in that amount of time. Then sit down & do your catching up for 10 mins.
It works for me. I get all my work done, usually, during the day AND have a little play time too!

I've had one of those days since last Friday when I got sick. All I've done all week is things that just NEEDED to be done like cooking, washing, and tending to the kids.
When I feel better,I have got to get this house cleaned.
How come moms can never get sick,if they do,everything goes downhill lol
