It's raining AGAIN!

I didnt think that there was this much water left in the universe~

I have first graders today and rainly day schedule, it's gonna be a long day for sure!

Hope everyone who lives this way is safe, There has been so much rain that so many are losing homes so dont forget a prayer for them.

Seems like you guys are getting rain systems like we were getting hurricanes last summer.

Praying you get some relief soon.

What really made me sad though was seeing an interview with one of the homeowners of a house that was in direct danger of sliding away and the home had been red tagged. I think the back yard and deck had already gone down hill. The guy said he had called his insurance company and they told him that his policy did not cover loss from landslide. I was like

It's like here though, even though we are not in a flood zone, we have flood insurance anyway because if a hurricane hits just right, we are in danger of tidal surge and our regular homeowners policy won't cover water damage unless it's caused by rain coming in because of roof damage by wind or a falling tree.

Guess it's good advice to get out your policies and find out all the facts since it seems we are all having weird weather.
