Deb, there are days when it seems like noone is around, then there are days that everyone is here and posting up a storm I was out this morning doing my grocery shopping and taking care of business in town. I have my grandbaby coming for the weekend, so I want to get everything done now, so I can just enjoy him while he is here.

I'm here, my little one is sleeping and I'm just taking a break from cleaning house. Its been soooo cold here that we haven't been out much. The sun is shining today but its still cold. I can't wait for spring to arrive so that me and ds can get outdoors.

    Whats everyone else doing today?

I'm working today and just don't have anything much to share. My head is just empty! I've been blah for several days now, overworked, underpaid, PMS, you know what I mean.

I'm still having to help my sister quite a lot and it's worn me out (emotionally and financially). The good news is she did get a job, a better one that we thought. It's in the medical field and she can move up once her x-ray degree is finished. It's as a receptionist in an urgent care clinic and they will work around her school hours. So PTL for that good news!

I just want to go home and read or play with my crafts but I'm working until 2:30 and then going to visit my brother in the nursing home 45 minutes away and then back home to clean up! Mel is picking up Ryan today and they are going shopping (HA HA HA) for stuff she needs to build a school project.

    I'm here. . . .

I"m just really frustrated right now, and didn't want to take it out on all of you.

After my stint in the ER on Tues/Wed- I was told to follow up with my doctor. Called him on Thurs, was told to call back today. They are supposed to have same day visits for sick ones. Guess what? No openings today.

So I ask if it's ok if I work this weekend-- sure, just come see us on Monday. If it's ok for me to work, why in the world do I need to be seen at all? Then I forgot that I had to work Monday as well. . . . spring break, no class, so I'm working . . . .

I call back, and get told to call on Wednesday for the same day appointments. . . . uhm , yeah-- that''s what I tried to do for the last two days already.

Grrrrrrr. . . . . . now I know why people don't do follow ups, don't take their meds, etc.

Wow sounds like you all could use some (((((HUGS)))))!

I have been on a cleaning kick today, got my bed and bath done as well as the children's playroom and bathroom.

And the fact I am 6 hrs ahead of the east coast means you all are mostly posting when I snooze

I wasn't posting because I was shopping this am.
Hugs to those of you who could use one and Pat I'm glad your sis got that job. Take care all and hope things quiet down for some & liven up for others.

DD has come down with the horrid flu bug that's going around... she woke up this morning vomiting. So, there's my day-- rocking her and changing her videos every hour or so. She hasn't gotten sick again, and kept down some crackers, so maybe it will pass quickly. She just wants to either be held or lay on the couch watching tv, so I've let her watch a lot of videos today. Right now she's asleep on the couch in the family room.

I've been doing house stuff, printing stationary, and doing a little surfing when she doesn't need me. I'm about to go get the card table from upstairs and set it up in the family room so that I can do some scrapbooking-- that's after I get the dishes done and laundry switched over.

So, I've been popping in and out all day and probably will be back a few more times before the day is over.

    I'm here!
I've been busy house cleaning....lots to catch up on after leaving dh and dks for a week!
Ds has a couple of computer games checked out from the library and I have to sneak my online time in when he's not playing Tonka Raceway or Backyard Basketball!
This afternoon I have 3 extra kids here and they're all playing with the wooden train set right now, so I'm getting a bit of time to post.
to all who are struggling right now!
